• We are your link to key federal, state and local government officials, advocating on your behalf.

Economic Development Action Team
The Regional Chamber’s Economic Development Action Team has helped more than 390 firms and organizations, from small companies to multi-national corporations, resulting in new investments totaling over $1.85 billion, 17,400 new jobs and the construction/absorption of more than 16 million square feet of building space.

Site Selection Magazine Awards Ohio and Youngstown-Warren Area Top Honors
For the third consecutive year, Ohio has won the 2008 Site Selection Governor’s Cup, for the most new and expanded corporate facilities as tracked by Conway Data Inc.’s New Plant database.  In addition, in the metro tier with populations between 200,000 and 1 million, Youngstown-Warren ranked in the top 10 for the first time since rankings were first published in 1978.

The Regional Entrepreneurial Assistance Channel of Mahoning Valley assists small businesses with startup, stabilizing, expansion and on-going needs.  REACH staff are skilled at evaluating business opportunities and developing a step-by-step plan to reach business goals.

Grow Home - YSU Alumni Information
In conjunction with U.S. Rep Tim Ryan and Youngstown State University, the Regional Chamber welcomes YSU alumni to GROW HOME,  a focused effort to attract businesses to the Mahoning Valley and to help existing business owners succeed and stay in the area.  For those who left the area, the campaign encourages YSU alumni to return home to the Mahoning Valley in order to build or establish a business.
