Start the new year with a fresh perspective on leadership. Neuroscience is the study of how the nervous system develops, its structure, and what it does; focus is on the brain and its impact on behavior and cognitive functions. New advances and findings in this field are changing what we know about how leaders think, behave under stress, and build trusting relationships. During our program, Neuroscience of Leadership, you’ll learn the fundamentals of neuroscience, how your brain processes emotions and rational thinking, and how emotional agility is a required skill for today’s leaders to perform at their best. Jennifer Cohen, Ratliff & Taylor’s Senior Vice President of Leadership Development, will facilitate this session. Jennifer is a skilled executive coach, group facilitator and speaker.
