  • Regional Chamber Membership Conditions and Standards

  • Membership in the Regional Chamber is a privilege granted to businesses that uphold ethical business practices and standards.
  • Therefore, membership is a condition of good business principles, and the Chamber reserves the right to revoke membership for any reason.
    • Members shall follow all applicable federal, state or local laws pertaining to their businesses.
    • Members must carry and renew licensing if required by law.
    • Members must follow all advertising and product regulations as determined by law.
    • Members shall provide a safe workplace for all employees.
    • Members shall not exploit consumers, employees or their competition.
    • Members must strive to provide quality customer service policies.
    • Members must pay their membership dues in a timely manner. Any member whose dues are more than 120 days delinquent will have membership terminated.
  • Upon membership termination, the use of all materials identifying the business as a Regional Chamber member must cease.
  • Again, the Chamber reserves all rights to deny or terminate membership at any time, for any reason.
