The Foundation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes by making distributions and/or conducting charitable activities which exclusively benefit or carry out the charitable, educational and/or scientific purposes of the Youngstown Area Chamber of Commerce and its successor, the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce (collectively the "Chamber"), and which also carry out the purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation of the Foundation.
