Representative Don Manning will be addressing current issues affecting the Valley, workforce development, the Capital Budget and providing updates from his office at our monthly Lattes & Legislators event. Don Manning was elected to represent the 59th District of Ohio in November 2018 and is currently serving his first term. He serves on the Agriculture & Rural Development, Criminal Justice and Health committees, and is employed as the Quality and Compliance Analyst for Youth Intensive Services. Prior to his election, Rep.
