The Regional Chamber and partner MAGNET will again honor a Valley manufacturer with their second annual Excellence in Manufacturing Award. Nominations are now being accepted for the award, which focuses on a company’s longevity in business, growth, product innovation and achievement.
The Regional Chamber and MAGNET, which formed a partnership in 2016 to offer new growth opportunities to manufacturers in the region, utilizing the strengths and expertise of each organization, are proud to present this award and will join with business leaders and economic development professionals to review, score and choose the recipient.
Nominations are due by Oct. 31. The Chamber and MAGNET will present the award at the Chamber’s Economic Forecast breakfast on Nov. 14 at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
Nominated manufacturers must be located in Columbiana, Mahoning or Trumbull counties but do not need to be a member of the Regional Chamber. Candidates may self-nominate.
Nominations may be completed and submitted online.
In 2017, the first Excellence in Manufacturing Award was presented to Boardman Molded Products.
Those with questions about content for the nomination should contact Sarah Boyarko, COO at the Regional Chamber, at (330) 744-2131, ext. 1108, or Sarah@regionalchamber.com.
