The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber is pleased to announce it is undertaking a redesign of the Youngstown-Warren Relocation Guide, to be completed in early 2021, and is seeking participation from local stakeholders and past users of the piece in the update process.
The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber is pleased to announce it is undertaking a redesign of the Youngstown-Warren Relocation Guide, to be completed in early 2021, and is seeking participation from local stakeholders and past users of the piece in the update process.
This piece, which the Chamber has published since 2012, is used by companies throughout the region as they recruit talent and assist individuals and families moving to our community for new opportunities. In addition to a metropolitan profile highlighting the Youngstown-Warren region, the guide includes sections on the local economy, housing, education, cultural and recreation opportunities, healthcare and social services and resources for military families.
"Not only is the Valley a great place to do business, it's a great place to call home, and we're excited to share this with others who are considering our community," said Sarah Boyarko, Chief Operating Officer at the Regional Chamber. "We know from our member feedback that there is still a significant need for a regional resource to support individuals who are relocating to the Valley, and we are pleased to update this piece to continue to meet that need."
The guide remains an important part of the third phase of the Regional Chamber's JobsNow program. Phases one and two highlight employment opportunities in the region and drug testing, both at no additional cost to Regional Chamber members.
